MJX INDEX EOD Results for Tues. -

As you can see below there weren't very many bright spots in the MJ sector today...........what we have is a sector wide Sell the WA MJ news.......the MJX Index hit 4.00 resistance & pulled back.........once 4.00 turns into support the sector should head higher...........

The good thing about the pullback is it's set up some nice bounce plays...........I posted over the weekend that many of the stocks on the MJX Index were hitting the 20 DMA resistance level............it's normal to pullback before breaking a major moving average & turning it into support...........

Bulls do not want to see key support levels break.....that would signal more downside risk & the downtrends continuing........remember, candles forming above the 20 DMA = up trend and candles forming below the 20 DMA = down trend.........many of the stocks on the MJX Index have been in down trends..........

Keep an EYE out for closes above KEY resistance levels..........that will set up the breakouts.........a close above the 20 or 50 DMA's(day moving averages) should not be overlooked, because it = SHOWTIME!..................$$$
