Though nearly every person posting on this forum, including ME, has invested hundreds, thousands, even tens of thousands into PVEC, you lose when you sell. If you sold at a loss, that is on you. The last time I checked the status of the ticker (oh, 60 seconds ago) PVEC remains PINK CURRENT. The stock is not halted. The fact that it is at no bid means squat in the grand scheme if the company proceeds as planned.
"Terms" of my separation primarily revolves around legal matters and ultimately what I can and cannot say upon our coming to a final agreement and not finances as you eluded to.
In order for me to be behind bars as you would like to see, I would have had to have committed a crime. Something I have not even come remotely close to doing. However, that individual you responded to as well as a few others over there certainly have. And have had an influence over the status of the pps as well as the information the company has been willing to release. You might want to be a bit more selective in who you support with your words.
This "loyalty" you refer to is a result of my making every effort to communicate with shareholders where the company is failing to do so. Since as I have stated a number of times, Milan is a competent attorney, I can only assume there is a method to the madness with respect to the silence and the lack of present activity & updates.
I confirmed via a telephone call that the company is still answering the phone, they are still in business and are endeavoring to move forward.
