Great Buy Opportunities Here
1. FITX will get licensed
2. FITX will have audited financials
3. FITX will be successful with uplisting
FITX is currently trading down due primarily to 3 different factors
1. The share structure
2. The delay in HC issuing licenses
3. The number of shares coming into the market
Once the INTENT of the share structure, HC license, CEO actions, timing and market direction is understood the picture becomes pretty clear about where the PPS currently is and where it will be going in both the short and longer term.
But first lets look at technical analysis. Look at my recent post for weekly trade activity and in particular, watch for a bounce off the SMA200, it's coming and it will be soon.
The intent of the share structure IMO was multi-staged first to raise capital to fund the build out to a point the company became operational to a point that it could pass HC inspection and obtain a license.
The 2nd stage intended for the share structure was to sell additional shares into the market after license was obtained to maximize the capital available to the company for increased expansion, acquisitions, etc.
HC threw a kink into the plans by slowing its process which was not originally anticipated by FITX to occur so the shares it intended to have enter the market after license are coming into the market right now. This selling pressure is currently driving PPS down and creates a buying opportunity The market will fully absorb these shares at its current rate in approximately 30 trading days.
The RXNB partnership/merger or what ever it ultimately is structured as is intended to add value for the purpose of moving FITX to a different exchange (uplisting) and along with audited financials will take some time to complete. It is likely that HC will issue a license before the corporate structure and audited financials will be ready.
HC has been forced to slow its progress and while I don't have a crystal ball here I believe they would like to clear up their 2014 business calendar by the third quarter of this year to make way for next years business. To me, this means license around September. Again, no crystal HC ball here but I have worked with government entities and they are all about schedules that have little to do with how business are run.or how shareholders are impacted, etc.,
I think some cookies that Playtime has provided a recipe for along with placing GTC Limit orders to pick up more shares is a great idea here. Personally, I buy shares in other companies and use the proceeds from them to buy additional shares of FITX.
Better yet, maybe playtime could make some of those cookies and send them to board members...just saying
