- MILFORD, Pa., June 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Fortune Oil & Gas, Inc. (FOGC), today announced that the company has initiated filing for a voluntary name and symbol change with FINRA and the state of Wyoming. The change to Manzo Pharmaceuticals was filed with the state already and the company is in the process of providing FINRA the necessary documents to get it approved. The process has a 60 day deadline, but Manzo Pharmaceuticals feels it will be completed much sooner than that. The company has also put together a strategy to improve the share structure in an effort to get Manzo Pharmaceuticals off ground and moving along the way the company should be.
