The company would also like to announce the restructure of our corporation into three separate divisions as follows: 3D Software/Video, E-Cig, and Cannabis. "Our CEO will oversee all divisions while we will appoint qualified Board members to cover each new division of the company. As we grow we will consider spin off and dividend distribution to our existing shareholders." TDEY
