From the annual audited report of BGL, as of Nov 3
Post# of 9903
"As at November 30, 2013, the Company is still in the process of protecting its interest in the Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera mining properties in the Mexican courts. A ruling in favour of the Company by the Federal Court will affirm the Company’s ownership. "
All concession titles except 221732 is transferred to Minera Agave S.A De C.V.
BGL can't claim these concession titles anymore except 221732.
This could be the reason why concession title 221732 is the only concession title which still has not been updated and still includes COMPAÑIA MINERA CINCO MINAS, S.A. DE C.V. as owner along with BGL. And this could also be the reason why we don't get any news.
One other thing I noticed and didn't see before is that Minera Agave S.A De C.V is an already existing subsidiary of Agnico-Eagle. If you look at the organizational chart of Agnico-Eagle with all subsidiaries you will see Minera Agave S.A De C.V. That chart was made in 2011! So Minera Agave S.A De C.V. is not a new company that took over these concession titles. It's an existing subsidiary of Agnico-Eagle that took over the concession titles except 221732.
