Ahhh I thought there was an alternate possibility. Canada doesn't seem like a viable option to me for MMJ grey sheet asylum. The timing of the Canadian shareholder warning.. I don't think was a coincidence. However if AEGY can execute a merger and the new company chooses to buy SK assets, that's the only way out I see for whoever is left holding.
