Now, what do you actually KNOW. Let's start with the most important question which is : IS BILL LYING ?

Well, I will put it to you this way. I was in PHOT which gave me hyper sensitivity to bad actors in a huge way. One thing I learned from that experience is that the SEC will shut your ass down for pumping un true statements out there to increase share value. That my friend is a fact. It is that exact reason Bill pissed me off when he blasted off on social media so much back in the beginning. He now knows better and has been enlightened by John G. who absolutely knows what that's all about. So, can we safely say that what is now said is probably true ? I would venture a yes vote on that one.

Is this taking a long time ? yes. Why ? Because HC wants to have the documentation all together and in place BEFORE any more mistakes are made which hurt the population on MMJ. That is their job and they want to be careful....as they should be. They are just taking the time to do this right and you should be happy about that.
