Yes but one of the more telepathic bashers who's never even been to New York has informed us that those trucks are there because since there is no company and no fuel and the whole Discovery Channel segment was filmed on the holodeck anyway, that JBII is now renting out parking space to tanker trucks.
This is terrible news.
