Yes and no. The share structure can definitely change with a merge. If anything, they'd reduce the float to prop up the pps. Its a reverse split by another name. Same exact idea and same effect.
A lot of people foam at the mouth over the r/s idea, but its a very valid tool. You watch. If we merge with RXNB and the float is decreased, those same people will be fawning all over how great of an idea it is.
