Legal companies (91 registered) can't fill pipelines past 42.5% due to success of these many small factories who pay more for electronics to process. So China e-waste problem is obviously real but like so many other industries in China there is a huge hidden underground, cottage industry, which to my knowledge is often left alone by the government.
Seems to me the government would have to step in and put these folks out of business for any legit industry to thrive. Yet another hurdle for EWSI, as if we didn't have enough. Sheesh!
