you know that is the biggest irony going ..
20 minutes of DD back in May 2010 would have spared
them 4+ years of efforts and the hole (abusive) created
wouldn't be quite so *deep* as it stands today
also interesting to note the *activity* of the NYSDEC on site during
from Mid May 2012 to Mid August 2013 ..
just like the sale (cover) of an aromatic or two .. mere days b4 dolt's
settlement
there are no coincidences ..
