Republic of Texas Brands Incorporated (RTXB) will be exiting Chapter 11 soon and will complete the transaction of Chill Texas. It will then with the appointment of Tom Shuman as its new President and CEO will manufacture its own Hemp based beverages made in the USA.
It will produce a Hemp Iced Tea, Hemp Energy Drink and Hemp flavored sparkling water.
