I agree. I see no reason why Baltia couldn't hold this pattern right up until the BIG news comes out. Really, in the big scheme of things...what's a penny a week for the next few weeks? We ALL know this company is headed for the air! I wouldn't be shocked to see 12 cents BEFORE certification to be honest with you.
