govt moves slow,but if they follow thru on their white paper procedures CWRN could have a dtc hearing soon if it hasnt already or have one in process-I dont know if there were further comment periods on their final? whitepaper draft or not.
One of the problems w the repeated delays in the tx case is if Brad has news re certain things and opts to hold such news because of expected soon tx resolution,then when the tx case is delayed again, Brad could be tempted to keep holding the news,expecting the case to be finished soon, though I cant immediately see the logic in holding any dtc news,except to combine it w other news to save on PR's.
of course once dtc releases the stock we'll know it from either trade volume as getmoreshares suggested or dd.
