I'm in upstate NY near Lake Ontario. Just the fear

I'm in upstate NY near Lake Ontario. Just the fear and worry of the forecasted winds from the north really gives me a deep respect for the strength of those that have endured so much worse down in LA and surrounding states down south in the past.

At least NYS is accustomed to winter disasters, and without the ice we'd normally have, power crews should have a better experience with repairs.

Feels like one of those midwest states that closes for an inch of snow lol!
