The AuVek Gold (OTC: AUVK-Z) mine project is approximately 6000 acres. (Which is just about the same size as the brand new NYSE: LODE Comstock project up the hill near Silver City. )
O-Ring, allow me to help you with the real FACTS: There are thousands of placer and hard rock operations in the lower 48. Most all gold mining operations in the lower 48 US states are "placer" or "loose gold" operations, as they have lower start-up costs allowing many more miners to partake that type of operation.
A 6000 acres MINE is not, as you called it, a "small claim" gold mine by any measure my friend. Go find out how much money it would cost you to have your own 6000 mine, if you knew anything about mining! Yeah, you can't afford one-one-hundredths of this mine ... because you are a loser.
