I'd assume it's due to the addition of another scientist or funding for something else that's coming up; unfortunately it'll do nothing but provide fuel for the bashers on that crap site. 44,967,855 shares is $143,000, that's a considerable amount of money. They still have money that they're working with, so it wouldn't be for operating costs.
