For crying out loud, this is normal practice in the OTC.
Doesn't have to be a scam because they raise the AS.
Ever thought about a merger with GEZC?
He could be setting this up to build GoEZ deals etc & then merge that into EWSI, so in this case he raised the AS to facilitate for the upcoming merger shares that are going to be added to EWSI' OS after the deal...
The current AS/OS was not of such nature that it had to be increased ASAP for dilution. I think the current OS is probably around 430 mil & the AS was at 790 mil, so no need for that increase now! So why could it be then?!
An acquisition might be at hand & therefore increased it...
You see, instead of yelling scam like a nervous nelly there might be other options! And even if this raise was done to sell more shares down the line then this is still a valid method for companies to raise money. So no scam cries please. No need to cry wolf about that when its not applicable. I've read "scam" a million times in the past 4 years on these boards. Often it was a scam, but not always, and certainly not with EWSI. Thats just the ill-informed in panic mode who say stuff like that...
