Yhea, I am and have been keeping up with this issue for quite some time now, along with what HC has been saying. Something is out of kilter here for sure.
Right now I am of the opinion that the hold up with HC is all about HC not agreeing that MJ should be legal in any form and they have stated as much. In other words they are bucking the system and doing all they can to clog things up to allow more time to prove their point. Unfortunately though, for them, the more time they screw around the more science based evidence comes to light pro MJ.
It is looking now that the populace is getting involved and they are not happy. Patients are not getting meds and companies, and communities are not getting revenue. All on the fault of HC.
So , I guess we will just see how all of this plays out. GLTA
