Let's then assume that the revenues DUTV has produced and reported were directly from their merger with TORQ. Thereofre TORQ traded it's revenue producing ability to DUTV for what? 167 milliion shares of DUTV?

Back to my original question, when was that trade, that completed the acquisition/merger of TORQ and DUTV completed?

Are we to believe that TORQ dissolved itself into DUTV for nothing?

Let's also take a reach of the imagination and say that Sophia Newsome/McHenry actually became "McHenry" via marraige to Garry. Does that mean as his spouse he could hand over the 167 million shares to here without documenting it?

Slic is saying that Mchenry "told" him that he gave TORQ it's 167 milliion shares of DUTV, and he (Garry) doesn't know why they haven't taken them yet. That's odd don;t you think.

So in essence, I'd say your summary has not cleared anything up in the way of informing an 'uninformed diatribe'.

Anyone can call this bashing, but I'd say have a gander at the pps this past month during the release of new tweets, financials and a PR and you tell me what the general investing public thinks about DUTV.
