I don't recall seeing DUTV listed on any of TORQ's

I do remember DUTV stating that TORQ had 17 million in revenues before the acquisition. If TORQ had been a part of DUTV wouldn't DUTV have to show those revenues on its financials? Well, they didn't.
I propose that the TORQ deal is the reason no new investors are moving on the financial reports. TORQ is the pivotal key to DUTV's revenues. If details on TORQ remain murky then as far as investors are concerned, DUTV remains murky.
Investors will also look upon the fact that no real buying is going on. Real volume buying would indicate that supposed partners/clients see the potential value of DUTV and are grabbing shares at this very cheap pps.
Without volume buying and only sketchy info about the TORQ deal there is nothing to confirm that DUTV is actually in position to continue generating the revenues they have listed on their financials and trumpeted in their PR.
My opinion based on my DUTV observations.
For those who may opine that I'm bashing DUTV please prove me wrong by addressing the TORQ issues I've presented above. TIA
