Its a shame GLTC has been in bear territory, going down almost this entire year, especially after such a great positive fundamental as is the Chinese contract for millions. I think the downturn has occurred on fear caused by the legal hassle they are dealing with right now. The lawsuit by an ex consultant to the company claiming the CEO stole his laptop and destroyed contract papers for which the courts outrageously gave the defendent money damages that were insanely large amounting to over one million dollars. So the company was already on a tight budget so there is a risk that if they cannot get funding to resolve the legal (extortion) hassle then they may not be able to pay the bills to keep the lights on and supplying the Chinese contract which could pay them in the millions. Its a sad state of affairs. Whatever judge decided to effectively let an ex-consultant sue this company on frivolous charges to the point whereby the company has a serious chance of going under because of the legal fees really should have a long think about what why he made his decisions or how he came to his conclusions. This company worked for years on this space age technology, going deep into debt developing it, patented it then waited for two years for US fire dept approvals and finally got it, then in their first year finding supply agreements with large companies and countries, some judge is going to grant a defendent huge money penalties to be paid from the company for some little misdemeanors????! This technology could saves millions of lives and save millions of dollars on property damage in the future by halting the spread of wild fires. But no, we have some predator filing frivolous lawsuits and then getting them granted by some judge who obviously had some sort of agenda of his own! Sad. All of the frivolous legal fiascos in this country are destroying small business and innovative new technologies which have the potential to change the future. Disgusting.
