Keeping them honest on LIEHUB.....
Several comical items related to this "filing, flimsy defense or claim" towards Treaty by the pitiful group of interfering parties:
(1) Anyone....a shareholder, investor, potential shareholder can file a lawsuit against anyone. Anyone can assert anything, I mean anything. Therefore, just because it is in writing means NADA. When the judge reviews the summation of the evidence, however, his judgement will mean EVERYTHING.
(2) Remember, the original lawsuit filed by the interfering parties was dropped, dismissed WITHOUT MERIT.....that portion of this case is OVER AND DONE WITH, PERIOD!
(3) This laughable defense filed today, is merely an attempt to ward off the angel of death that presides over the interfering parties. Treaty, it's legal team, and the shareholders that have seen the entire case.....are chuckling at this pitiful attempt to save the skins of the interfering parties....those interfering are toast and will be taught an expensive lesson.
Private messages....I don't subscribe and delete before reading.....this is the behavior of a group of interfering individuals that see the immediate personal financial ruin before their very eyes.
Once again, you can file it, plead it, whatever you may....but that doesn't make it real or accurate. Praise the Judge.....he will make the ultimate ruling. Period.
