That is not what they are doing anymore. If it were they would not have ended their contract with Crayola or Madison County.
I would expect them to be running potential customers' plastic on an as-needed basis. I would also expect them to being doing runs just to continue to prove the capabilities of the system to any buyers.
You have every right to be skeptical about their ability to sell a processor. But the lines about running per their older business plan is pretty worn.
That being said, it is nut usually a good sign when a company changes its business plan. There are reasons, though, where this plan makes more sense.
