Question for you Steph: If they are doing the latter, how will that benefit shareholders? How does that impact the market value of the company with nothing showing on the books? Now a few weeks after suspension we have not heard anything that would lead us SKTO shareholders to think that the losses we occurred will be returned to us in any manner. They have made off (Madoff) with millions of dollars from investors by selling shares. If they received funds from the sale of products why were those funds not used to pay I-Equity for it's consulting fees (50K per month) instead of issueing millions upon millions of shares at a conversion rate far below market value? I can only assume it was to fatten the wallet of insiders. How could we ever hold any legit value (Share price) when I-Equity keeps unloading millions of new shares into the market. Shareholders were left at the bottom, used as a tool for them to get what they wanted and I believe they were caught with their hands in the cookie jar and should be held accountable for their actions. Then when you look into pass dealings with Henry,Hipple and gang this is just another repeat of days of past. Sorry, I really wanted this to succeed and showed my fears of the inexperienced management last year. I only regret I didn't listen to my gut feeling and would have sold. Lost my entire net worth here and sum. Will be more than willing to publicly apologize if management proves me wrong.
