There was a conference call where it was said in one form or another that the barrier to revenue collection was that Prepay needed to be operational. In my DD I determined that SimplePrepay was part of a complete package of services that were apparently sold to collectives. If you believe that premise, any they can now check the completed box, then the original Dream Team contracts can now be collected.

Does anyone have a copy of that call?
