Sure he is... unless clearly humorous, or asking a question, all posts are made to influence and seem persuasive with respect to content offered.
If offering nonsense or negatives that cannot be substantialed, such information is merely FUD...
and the purpose of FUD is... self-evident: to fool & deceive!
