That is my understanding too. I know the approval process from google for monetization of youtube videos is taking a lot longer now as they make sure the video submitter has full rights to upload the video. Not sure if that is why the videos are not yet monetized but it may be the reason or part of the reason. Maybe those who speak with the company can find out?
