Yes, I vividly recall that RIDICULOUS GAFFE that no real expert engineer would have ever made (even if falling down drunk)
... under MORE IDEAL circumstances, the whole of North America might have witnessed the EXPLOSION had that knowledge been applied on one of the intermittent consultations!
