joey: At least six legal firms filed class action lawsuits against Growlife, Inc. (OTC: PHOT). SEC suspended PHOT on April 10, 2014. Any shareholder who suffered a loss in Growlife had until June 17, 2014 to request the Court appoint them as lead plaintiff. PHOT creamed many shareholders. No word from the Court yet of selection. These proceedings take time.

If you have realized a loss, perhaps give them a call and, in the course of the conversation, mention that IEquity Corp., the controlling shareholder and apparent architect of a stock scheme that caused multimillion dollar losses to hundreds of deceived shareholders, claims $150 mil in secured financing.
