It definitely appears that Simple Pre Pay is operational. I was able to establish an acct. There are two ways to fund:
1) Pay Pal Direct
2) ActiveAuthorize.net AIM
The link to do all this is under the domain name of Janescard.com
Such much for all the know it all bashers.
