HIMR*fan, the final permit is for improving the lake for fishing, and that means tree removal. The primary function of the permit is for fish farming. However, tree removal is an integral part of this fish farming operation. This is the reason one cannot find a specific permit just for underwater logging. The two are one and the same. One part is for environmental clean up and remediation, and the other is for the actual fish farming operation.
