Northstar Global Business Services, Inc. Announced today that the company has taken a tremendous leap forward in re-introducing it’s nationally recognized product line into traditional and online retail by 2013.

The announcement comes after a long period of silence, which CEO, Nick Chieco, explains was strategic in nature, but he has apparently been a very busy man, pounding down the doors of “big retail” to re-establish the company’s tremendous retail distribution, putting its products on the shelves in Walmart© , Walgreens©, and many others. Projected sales for the first year are above 5 million units but exact order amounts will be announced in the coming weeks.

“We are thrilled to say, we are just about done lining up our previous distribution channels, and we are expanding on that by adding the Military Exchanges and other big retail outlets to our list”, explained Chieco, who also stated, “The process is extensive, and that’s why it took us so long to nail down”. Now that the company has it’s distribution laid out for the next 12 months, what’s next on the agenda?

Although, meeting or exceeding previous sales records by the 1^st of the year is Mr. Chieco’s main goal, he also wants to assure all shareholders that mechanisms have been put in place to fund this growth mostly organically and without dilution. “ I know the number of current authorized shares is scary, and my promise is that there will be NO, dilution in the next 12 to 24 months. It’s off the table, period.” He said also stating that the company did plan to reduce the number of authorized shares as part of a plan totighten up Northstar’s equity profile. “Shareholders can expect a lot of press from now on”, said Chieco in closing, “The company is determined to exceed it’s previous heights sooner rather than later, and I will make sure the shareholders know about each and every win.”
