With regard to Milan, although he has been retaine

There are a number of projects in the making. As I have said all along, these things take time. There was an awful lot of messes that needed to be cleaned and sorted as you all are all too aware of. There were a number of people that failed to perform their duties in the many months leading up to Jason & I joining as well as a few that were hired/contracted & paid yet failed to deliver or acted in underhanded ways that created further issues for the company in moving forward. With the exception of attorney's and accountants, I had no role in hiring these individuals or entities. This was entirely in the hands of the CEO.
And that brings me to another very key point: PV does not possess the business acumen to successfully run a corporation. Never mind a publicly traded company. But, he has the experience and connections in this business that can bring great things to this little company. I cannot tell you the number of hours spent on the phone with him at all hours of the night and day arguing with him in utter frustration over decisions made or contemplated by him in my stead although it was agreed such would not be done again. And although I had what felt like a million different set of duties as DIO of the company, my primary role beyond tackling the messes prior to my arrival as best I could so that the company could move forward, was to protect the company from aligning itself with the likes of so many it had done before. This was a 24/7 job as PV is in constant contact and negotiations with numerous people and entities. When a CEO circumvents or flat out ignores recommendations and evidence to support said recommendations by his DIO, what's a gal to do? Especially one that is overworked, underpaid and "temperamental" as one basher has accused.
Be all that as it may, when I departed as DIO, Milan was determined to see a number of changes that had been introduced and implemented come to fruition. This includes finalizing what is required to have a 100% legitimate team built around the CEO, consummating deals that had been in the works for some time, changing the way the CEO approaches business and finishing up with disposing of the mountains of s*** that had accumulated over the years.
So, it is my opinion that if Milan is successful in all these endeavors--and there is no reason that I know of that would prevent him from being so--PVEI will be alright.
The company is not a scam. But Lord it has some baggage, including PV's priorities being all mucked up, loyalty issues & his refusal to accept that you simply cannot do things in the Old World Greek way in 21st Century USA. I don't possess the required anatomical parts to enforce change there and I am not about to have surgery! It is what it is.
