Did any of the test animals re: Kevetrin that received fairly strong doses show any serious side effects?
If Kevetrin is non-Genotoxic, would one infer that it should have minimal/ tolerable side effects in humans at maximum dose levels or is that unable to be inferred prior to Phase I results?
Would you say the general feeling from the oncology development team/ Dana Farber/ Beth Israel /etc families of doctors reviewing Kevetrin is that it will have acceptable side effects or again is it tool early for any thought re: the matter?
If answers to above are that nothing can be currently inferred about side effects than IMO we do indeed have a decent level of risk re: Phase I but I thought the general feeling from the experts was that Kevetrin should show to have acceptable side effects as this was one of it's many strong characteristics.
Would appreciate input from anybody having a deeper understanding of this matter.
