I think the term "suspicious" refers to the idea that someone is still unsure. Try again without the self-absorbed arrogance and overly proud-of-her-own punctuation and without the overly concerned questions about Basher Central protocol and the inclination to focus on all the wrong things and all the "off topic" questions to Kerry and on and on....
