notice where/when *efforts are CON centrated*
suspect most recent efforts specifically pertain to threshold
being triggered for a 3rd time on the stock
first and second round ran approx 12 mos apart ( 2011/2012 )
first round >> *crews' set up en route to WN after *record volume of 8M+ in April 2011
second round >> aromatic whale >> who loaned a cert not yet cut by TA
*off shore* .. for months .. requiring *cover* @ approx 77c mere days
b4 dolt's settlement in Jan 2013
3rd round by any standards >> should have triggered in the *take down*
EOY 2013 (post AGM frenzy) that went into Jan 2014

no company that was a scam or wanted to dangle the carrot
would hire a CFO (who btw took one third of his salary in a penny stock)

it defies logic and common sense
the dangling carrot would have been to *repair* for 200k .. and push out
