What I think you said is that some greedy forces are profiting by stealing from JBI, which you believe is "totally legit."
Unknown forces aside, people can see that investors' money went to buy shares which made it to JBI's coffers where Mr. Bordynuik then decided how to spend that money. Nobody stole from the company as far as far as I can see. However Mr. Bordynuik did make fake claims and that convinced investors to put up money that they probably wouldn't have lost if they knew the truth from the start.
