It takes two companies to agree on when to announce Contracts
The fact is NTEK has done this in the Past with NVIDIA and other's. The more employees, departments, and people the contract has to go through and be approved by, the more time they need.
So with all big contracts like NVIDIA, NTEK could have announced it first, but they have A MUTUAL AGREEMENT THAT THEY WILL BOTH ANNOUNCE IT WHEN READY! NTEK LEAKING ANY EARLY ANNOUNCEMENTS WOULD DESTROY THEIR TRUST AND CREDIBILITY WITH OTHER COMPANIES!
TALKING ABOUT GOOGLE, MY GUESS IS THEY ARE ONE OF THE MOST THOROUGH COMPANIES IN THE WORLD. IT HAS TO BE APPROVED, BY LEGAL, AND THE DETALS IRONED OUT FOR EACH DEPARTMENT AND HOW IT MAY OR MAY NOT AFFECT THEM!
Plus REMEMBER GOOGLE has Multiple other BUYOUTS and Agreements they are working on. This announcement is Going to Raise NTEK's PPS tremendously.
However, what do you really think is going to happen to Google's stock? Its Market cap is over 389 so lets just say 400 BILLON DOLLARS
