To announce an update via the new blog two weeks in advance was a bit strange, I thought. Then to not give the update is just lame. It's starting to look like we have dumb and dumber in charge. Maybe that's why we don't have the final permit, they didn't pass the nit-wit portion of the application. Hopefully, they are just smart enough to surround themselves with smart people.
