To add to what Drano said (Research has been trying to re-activate the p53 gene since the 60's)
In an old email from Leo (and I think it is in a pr also somewhere) it was stated that Kevetrin has worked on every cancer it has been tested against.
That said, the more types of cancers it is affective against, the more likely it will work in humans. So far there has not been any tox showing in any of their testing , indicating a likely "non tox" event in humans as well.
In other words , there is a very high expectation of success here. Not hope but expectation amongst all the researchers who have become familiar with the lab data to date.
That is also the reason why Dana Farber is covering the cost of their trials,Best Israel and Pfizer are covering costs there and an undisclosed Univertity in Europe along with an undisclosed Pharma in Europe are covering the costs there.(I suspect Roche)
Hope this info is useful to you.
