I will convey your sentiments to Jason when I speak with him today as he has been very busy with his "real job" as it is said which has afforded him almost no time to join me here. To your question...I am not sure I know what you mean by if Milan is "above board". I have spent a lot of time communicating with Milan on a PVEI basis since he was retained as SEC counsel and have worked with him directly handling matters that initially presented before my arrival that required urgent and immediate attention. I have found him to have a keen understanding of securities law and committed to ensuring matters are handled as the law dictates. His credentials are impressive and he is active in charitable work. Business law is his forte'. Of all the people I have seen or am in some way familiar with having gone through the PVEI doors, Milan is certainly the most qualified for the position.
If what I have stated does not allay your concerns and there is something you've discovered that is cause for alarm, would you please send me a PM explaining such? I will do what I can to assist.
