First of all...Questioning management here may get you banned or at least get the post deleted. It may even get some people on here so riled up they call you names!
With that being said, this is a brand new industry. I think Bill and team have found a huge void in the insurance industry when it comes to this type of facility. When you have millions invested in a facility you want to insure it for what it is worth. Cen Bio (Bill) probably cannot insure their facilities because large corporate insurance companies do not want to be associated with this industry the same way banks do not want the money in the US. Its a massive PR risk for say Allstate. It could cost the company millions if the blow back from insuring a Pot facility was looked upon unfavorably so they won't do it. What if Cen Bio's facility goes poof! Up in smoke because of a wiring issue? Do you realize the amount of electric this facility will use? Anyway....its a massive void and Bill feels his All-star team has the right mix to fill it. I like it. Lets see some details which is probably a ways down the road, but I like the way he is thinking here.
