Nike rises premarket after better-than-expected earnings
LONDON (MarketWatch) — U.S. stock futures pointed to a slightly lower open on Wall Street on Friday, poised to build on the prior day’s losses, as investors waited for consumer-sentiment data to gauge if the economy is back on a stronger growth track.
Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average (CBE JU4) slipped 15 points, or 0.1%, to 16,747, while those for the S&P 500 index (GLC:SPU4) gave up 2.20 points, or 0.1%, 1,946.50.
