i find it beyond revealing re: JBII (soon to be ticker ____)
that P2O not only survived .. they continue to create issues for the crew
mgmt made the decision to stay *current*
spent the money on the CFO's hire (March 150k .. 100k $ .. 50k stock)
had the 2013 K audited and paid that 285,000
and just updated us today that one bogus law suit was *dismissed*
and that NV SOS now has update re: AS
i've said it b4 .. i'll say it again
imo we see Q filed b4 the housekeeping items out of Finra
(name./ticker/cusip)
and then imo after next 8k filed (update)
i expect an asset sale (or 2)
and BoD seated .. partial or total
suspect even the gray matter challenged can figure out what comes after that
