I completely agree. Mr. Bordynuik would have to be a complete idiot to go forward with the media credit valuation despite various warnings from his own staff and felt so confident in his stupidity that he hand selected an auditor with a felony to sign off on the fake valuation.
Mr. Bordynuik would have to have been an idiot to somehow think he was filing patents when he wasn't.
He would have had to be incompetent to keep withholding information over and over, the latest in neglecting to tell investors that the plant was out of commission for six months.
Certainly if Mr. Bordynuik wasn't dishonest but just a bungling boob who couldn't fight his way out of a paper sack, that would improve my opinion of him, but then the investment thesis of throwing $60M at an idiot who happens to believe he stumbled upon a disruptive technology recipe lost for decades which allows him to turn plastic to fuel at 90% margins...doesn't sit well with me.
