Kahuna, no, that is not the case. There are a number of great things on the horizon for the company. To the best of my knowledge, the CEO is not going anywhere. And as I have previously stated, Milan is handling PVEI affairs.
This CEO does indeed have a lot to answer for and should be held accountable for certain actions and inaction. But, you are invested in a legitimate company that should waste no more time in advising its shareholders its present position in the maritime/cruise industry.
To answer the question about being jailed for so long: well, in a nutshell, I challenged admins for not taking action against SeaAm when he was posting what he thought was all of my personal information, causing innocent people to be harassed. Essentially I was dismissed by the so-called "head" of their legal team who is also an Admin to the best of my knowledge. So, I told them, in no uncertain terms, using a few four letter words in the process, what they could all do and where they can go. I was immediately jailed. I highly doubt that I will get early release for good behavior.
