First thing BCAP needs to do to make any change to the share structure is get current with their TA.
Second thing is the filings have to be updated to bring the company to at least Limited, if not Current.
The non-current status with the TA meant also had the side benefit of protecting BCAP from going to the Grey Market over the past couple of years with all the heavy trading volume. Why?
1. No changes possible to the share structure, because the TA wouldn't allow it without being current.
2. No PR's have been released by the company.
