There just has to be something cooking, something

There just has to be something cooking, something substantive, why else would we not hear about the license being officially given? We are almost at 2 full months since the last release, in which it was mentioned that we were less then a month away from that license. So, whats the news? Is Europe being prepped? Did they decided that since they have the license they would aggressively push for some sales contracts before saying anything publicly? Sndy has been increasing the o/s, yes, but why? This pattern hasn't been seen here before, something needs funding. So, here is how I see it, either we need the funding to expand into Europe (licenses, consultants, etc), or what I think is more likely, we need the funding to fill possibly sales contracts/marketing with more production, shipping, and other associated costs. In my job, with clients, when we get a sales contract, we fill that sales contract with the goods first and then we get paid after the fact, so we must provide all the services and products first. Just a thought.
